Project: Develop brand voice & deliver premium copy and content for Freedom Furniture.
Working as the sole copywriter within Freedom’s new in-house Creative team to extend and refine the company’s recent rebrand, I was responsible for producing copy for content and marketing materials at every stage of the customer experience.
In collaboration with key stakeholders and both in-house and external designers, I developed copy and content for all digital and print marketing touch points including website, social, video, eDM, print ads, and brochures.
I crafted copy for brand projects including Freedom Trade, Australian Made, Replace Every 8 Years, and Canstar, in addition to content partnerships with Dulux and The Block for eDM, and Look Books for media.
I worked with product designers to develop new product packaging copy, with the Brand, Marketing, and VM teams on POS and other in-store signage and storytelling, and on a range of internal communications collateral.
As the department was new internally, reporting to the Marketing Services Manager I was actively involved in the evolution of new workstreams and processes to improve workflow and the delivery of creative assets companywide.
