XO Foods is a premium muesli company based on the stunning Sapphire Coast of NSW.
In 2016, founder Chantal Scarlett realised Australia’s love affair with clean eating had gone gangbusters and the clean food she was feeding her family was suddenly mainstream.
The XO Foods ethos is about eating the way nature intended. Naturally. Because fresh food has a shelf life. It’s that simple.
Chantal already had a solid customer base and strong vision for her business. So she wanted to launch a new website to better reflect that vision and clarify her presence on Facebook and Instagram.
Chantal and I worked together over a 6-month period to develop and refine XO Foods’ written and visual tone of voice throughout her new site and on social media.
The results are a playful, informative website and two authentic, engaging social media accounts that wholeheartedly represent a brand that customers – retail and wholesale – genuinely like and trust.
